This is an app called wish. Wish is a great app if you want cool things but don't want to spend crazy amounts of money on big name brand items. Say you want to get your best friend something for their birthday or any other occasion, wish has a wide variety of cool items to choose from at low prices. Also, if you don't like what you bought, send it back within 30 days and get a full refund. Say everyone has the same hat and you want something a little different.
